I started my career in pharma. Over 38 years, I moved through nutraceuticals, real estate, business advisory and clinical nutrition — not as separate chapters, but as one continuous investigation into how systems work and why they fail. I held VP-level leadership in Sales & Marketing at a US-based nutraceutical company, where I led the test marketing of a preventive healthcare system in India. I have advised founders, business owners and leadership teams across manufacturing, healthcare, real estate and MSMEs for 15 years through my Principal Consulting practice.

I then went on to found Rich Inserts — a clinical nutrition and lifestyle management brand under PMB Health Science Ltd. — and Onerow Advisors, a structured real estate investment and enterprise IT advisory firm.
My Fellowship in Clinical Nutrition from Apollo Medversity is not a certificate on a wall. It is the reason Rich Inserts is built differently from every generic supplement brand in the market.
